The use of our services as well as the purchase of our products will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in the present document. All products that are offered by our website may be created, charged, shipped or presented by a third party website and in such case would be subject to their own Terms and Conditions. In some cases, in order to purchase a product, it will be necessary for the user to register, entering reliable personal data and defining a password.
The user can choose and change the password for his account management access at any time, in case he has registered and it is necessary for the purchase of any of our products. UNIQE assumes no responsibility in case you give such password to third parties.

SHIPPING
Package shipping
We work with a platform (PacklinkPRO) that selects the most economical shipping, based on weights and measures of the package. So we, the only thing we do is to transfer this price to the order, without extra management costs. This reason also leads to prices varying from one order to another.
Shipping usually takes between 48/72 hours (working days), once the receipt of payment is confirmed, through a freight forwarder with tracking number. If the shipment is international, these periods could be approximately 3 to 5 days. We will also provide you with a link to track your order online(1)
We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company, but we do our best to protect all items.
All our items leave our warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. We recommend that you check the goods before signing the delivery note to the carrier to verify that everything is correct on their part. If not, refuse the delivery and let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email to notify us of the fact. We are not responsible for any damage that the goods may suffer caused by the transport company, but we do everything in our power to protect all items. In this sense, and in order to help you as much as possible, you should know that we can not take care of claims for damages or faults that are made after 24 hours of delivery.
